File a complaint through DBPR website is easy, if you know his full legal name ,his broker , his phone # etc... just state the fact what happened with his service, then DBPR will let the Real Estate division to open an investigation ticket for you.
But again, realtor should be responsible for what they do, what they offer to their clients. Most times their brokers don't even know what their agents' work ethics. Make sure you let the broker know what happened or how agents treated you before file an official complaint with Department of business professionals & regulations!
I hope this will help.
